Battersea Power Station

Now open to the public, Battersea Power Station is at the heart of one of central London’s largest, most visionary and eagerly anticipated new developments.



Inside, Battersea Power Station's two Turbine Halls have been transformed into retail areas, while its control rooms are now bars/event spaces. The cavernous Boiler Room, meanwhile – which itself could fit the entirety of St. Paul's Cathedral – has been converted into an office space, with Apple taking up six floors, though the area is not yet complete. Elsewhere, the building hosts 254 luxury apartments, restaurants and cafes, more office space, a theatre, and an events space, as well as significant landscaping.

Sandwell Aquatics Centre

Keyman was involved in the construction of the Sandwell Aquatics Centre for the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022.

This sporting complex located East of the City was built for the 2012 Summer Olympic and Paralympic games, encompassing an Olympic Village, Olympic Stadium, Aquatics Centre and a Media Centre. The stadium has a capacity of 80,000 people and the Olympic Stadium alone cost £537m.

The Shard

This iconic 72 story building is located in London Bridge Street, SE1. Standing at 309.6m (1,016ft) high, the Shard is the 4th tallest building in Europe and the tallest building in the UK. The Shard was completed in 2012 and cost £435m.

Salesforce Tower

Construction of this commercial skyscraper started in 2007 and was completed in 2011. It stands 230 metres tall making it the second tallest building in the City of London.

Westfield White City

Westfield’s is a large shopping centre in White City, West London. It opened in October 2008 at a cost of £1.6bn. Westfield White City is the largest shopping centre in the UK.
