Our client is a leading Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Contractor. They are recruiting for a Working Landscape Foreman to join their team.

As a Working Landscape Foreman it is essential to:
• Have at least 3 years’ experience working for Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance Contractors.

It is desirable to have:
• Driver’s License

As a Working Landscape Foreman your duties will include:
• Setting out jobs from design drawings and plans.
• Site preparations including groundworks and drainage.
• Brickwork / blockwork.
• Paving and the ability to set out cross falls.
• Fencing and decking / composite decking
• Construction of water features
• Ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.

The successful Working Landscape Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality workmanship is carried out with exceptional attention to detail and that all health and safety requirements are met and paperwork kept up to date.

As a Working Landscape Foreman, you must be fully capable of running jobs independently from start to finish.

You will be highly proficient in operating excavators and other machinery and be knowledgeable in all areas of landscape construction.
