Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bricklaying Supervisor to oversee and manage our bricklaying team.
As a Bricklaying Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of bricklayers, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines. You will also be involved in planning and organizing work schedules and maintaining a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent technical knowledge of bricklaying techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Putting Bricklayers and Labourers to work.
• Doing daily briefs
• Doing tool box talks
• Managing materials
• Managing health and safety on Site
Qualifications and experience:
• CSCS Card
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• At least 5 years experience in bricklaying - coming from the tools/in management of bricklaying projects.
