We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee all aspects of our industrial cladding and roofing project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate the efforts of a diverse team of workers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all construction activities on site, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Ensure that all construction work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards
• Monitor progress and report on project status, including budget and schedule updates
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Oversee the hiring and supervision of subcontractors and other workers
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate effectively with team members

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager
• Experienced in cladding and roofing projects
• CSCS, SMSTS
• Thorough knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
