As Senior Site Manager you would have a;

CSCS Black Card

SMSTS
5 years’ experience working for a Main Contractor
Groundworks, Civils and RC Works
managing sites from £1m to £5m
As a Senior Site Manager you will be able to;

set your team up for a day’s work
conduct inductions, daily briefings, tool box talks
manage site paperwork, organise labour, plant and materials
strong Health and Safety focus
