Job Description
Our Client is a leading contractor that has just secured a Housing development in Essex.
The scope of works will involve drainage, Piling 278 works, infrastructure, Road drainage, footings.
Skills for this role
• Site Engineer should be proficient in the use of the latest survey equipment TS15/TS16
• Site Engineer should be experienced in AutoCAD, be able to read drawings, mark up the site drawings and produce as-built surveys.
• Previous housing experience would be advantageous.
• Candidate should be able to work independently unsupervised.
• Ensuring that the setting out is accurate, providing precise lines, levels and reference points on site
Requirements
• Candidate must have a valid CSCS card
• Candidate must be able to show proof of the right to work in the UK
