We are recruiting for a Setting out engineer to work for a client who are a leading Cladding and roofing contractor.

My client has jobs predominantly in the north of England. Normally the jobs would be in the West Midlands area, Manchester and Liverpool.

Job description
• Set Datum points.
• Set levels
• Taking Site Measurements to establish Panel Sizes, Flashing sizes etc.
• Provide information to the Technical Drawing function to produce procurement schedules, construction phase drawings and as-built drawings.
• Checking Technical Drawings for accuracy.
• Setting out Engineer should be competent with AutoCAD (Laptop with AutoCAD is normally required)
• able to use Digital scanning equipment
• Site engineer should be proficient in the use of the latest survey equipment. Leica TS06- TS15-TS16
• Engineer with previous Facades & cladding experience.
