Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates for infrastructure, groundworks, and RC frame projects
• Monitoring project costs and progress, and providing regular financial reports to management
• Negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities to optimise project profitability
• Collaborating with project teams to implement cost-saving strategies
• Preparation and submission of valuation claims, variations, and final accounts

Qualifications & Experience:
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is essential
• Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, ideally within the infrastructure, groundworks, or RC frame sectors
• RICS membership or working towards chartership would be advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient in the use of relevant software packages, such as Microsoft Office and cost management systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
