Job Description
Keyman are a trusted partner to construction companies in the UK since 1978.
We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a large facades contractor on a permanent basis.
The projects will all be based within the M25.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, with a dotted line to the CEO, our client seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee all contractual and commercial matters on behalf of the company on specific projects.
You'll be working closely with the relevant Project Managers & teams, to assist in the review the Contract Documents of a project and production of a report for the project team of any important obligations, duties, procedures or rights arising from the documents, so that all are aware of what must be done contractually to best protect our client and ensure they receive their maximum entitlement.
Compile an allocation of the Budget split for a project, for use in cost monitoring.
To maintain cost control procedures to enable them to maximise a project's profit potential, especially the expenditure of the labour budget.
