The Client
Our client is a very successful Contractor who is currently recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on a long term contract after winning some major projects.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to carry out a multi-functional role, from traditional Quantity Surveying / Cost Management to Project Management and Employer's Agent.
Project wise, the new Assistant Quantity surveyor will carry out pre and post contract services across the Residential, Regeneration & Mixed Use, Commercial, Care and Health sectors.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Construction related, RICS accredited degree qualification
• 6+ months quantity surveying consultancy experience
• Committed to completing APC
• Hardworking, team player
• Eager for greater responsibility
