Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a freelance Quality Manager with roofing and curtain wall experience on a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities;
• Set up processes and procedures to manage quality.
• Manage a handover process of finished sections for sign off based on quality by the client.
• Manage the interface of sections as it impacts with other trades
• Develop, manage and maintain an ITP (inspection test plan) register.
• Understand, maintain and use a Project Quality Plan and work with the Developer and Architects to ensure sign off on materials, finished work etc.
• Manage and Coordinate As Built records, H&S file and O&M manual.
Qualifications required are;
• CSCS Card
• Construction or Civils qualifications and/or Quality Management qualification
