Job Description
Our client is recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team on a full time basis.
As the Project Manager your duties will be;
• Lead the planning, set-up and execution of project.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project budget.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Project evaluations and assessments of result.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholder.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessments of result
The first project is a £20m curtain wall on 1 block of flats which is 50 stories.
