The Opportunity:
As a Freelance Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of a bridge installation project from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate the bridge installation project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications, budget, and quality standards
• Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
• Develop and manage project schedules, identifying and resolving potential risks and issues
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, guaranteeing that all work meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness among the workforce
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within the civil engineering sector and on bridge installation projects
• A relevant industry qualification, such as a degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, is highly desirable
• A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
