About the Role:
Keyman Personnel is actively recruiting on behalf of a reputable client in the construction industry, seeking reliable and hardworking freelance labourers. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with site setup and organisation.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Ensuring the site is kept clean and tidy.
• Following health and safety regulations at all times.
• Performing general labouring duties as directed by the site manager.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Valid CSCS card (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
